Know the units first.

1 million = \(1{,}000{,}000\)

1 crore = \(10{,}000{,}000\)

Compare crore to million.

\(10{,}000{,}000 = 10 \times 1{,}000{,}000\)

So, \(1\) crore = \(10\) million.

Now convert 3 crores.

\(3\) crores = \(3 \times 1\) crore

= \(3 \times 10\) million

= \(30\) million

Answer: 30 million.
