Area = area of rectangle + area of semicircle.

Rectangle: \(10.2 \times 1.5 = 15.3 \text{ cm}^2\).

Semi-circle: \(\tfrac{1}{2} \pi r^2 = \tfrac{1}{2} \pi (3.9)^2 \approx 31.15 \text{ cm}^2\).

Total = 15.3 + 31.15 = 46.45 cm².
