Read the angle name carefully.

1. The middle letter shows the vertex. Here, both angles have vertex B.
2. For \(\angle ABC\):
   \(\text{arms: } \overrightarrow{BA}\)
   \(\text{and } \overrightarrow{BC}\)
3. For \(\angle CBA\):
   \(\text{arms: } \overrightarrow{BC}\)
   \(\text{and } \overrightarrow{BA}\)
4. The order of the arms is reversed. In Fig. 2.23 this gives two different openings around B.
5. Different openings mean different measures. So the statement is false.
