Area = rectangle + semicircle + triangle.

Rectangle: \(15 \times 3 = 45 \text{ cm}^2\).

Semi-circle: \(\tfrac{1}{2}\pi r^2 = \tfrac{1}{2}\pi(1.5)^2 \approx 3.53 \text{ cm}^2\).

Triangle: \(\tfrac{1}{2} \times 5 \times 4 = 10 \text{ cm}^2\).

Total = 45 + 3.53 + 6.47 ≈ 55 cm².
